If at any point you disagree with these terms, your only recourse is to immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
These terms apply alongside any supplementary policies published on ta903.bet, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other policy document, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise. ta903 reserves the right to enforce these terms at its sole discretion, and failure to enforce any particular provision on one occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision on future occasions.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
Access to and use of the ta903 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By creating an account, you declare and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. ta903 takes age verification seriously and may request documentary proof of age at any time, including at the point of registration, during a withdrawal request, or as part of a routine compliance review. Any account found to have been created or operated by an individual below the minimum age will be immediately suspended, all funds held within the account may be forfeited, and the matter may be escalated to the relevant authorities.
In addition to age requirements, you must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, national exclusion list, or gambling prohibition order applicable to you under Philippine law or any other relevant jurisdiction. Employees, directors, officers, and close family members of ta903 and its affiliated companies are not permitted to maintain active gaming accounts. ta903 also reserves the right to restrict access to the platform for users in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or where ta903 does not hold the required licensing to operate, regardless of whether or not such users have previously been allowed access.
3. Account Creation & Security
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ta903 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or any other distinguishing information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and a valid Philippine-issued identification document when requested. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account without refund of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. ta903 strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform, and that you never share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility, and ta903 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify ta903 support immediately so that appropriate protective action can be taken. ta903 may lock or suspend an account as a precautionary measure if suspicious activity is detected, and will communicate with the registered account holder through the contact information on file.
One Account Per Player
Each player may only maintain a single active ta903 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
Credential Responsibility
You are fully responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password confidential and never share it with anyone.
Accurate Information
Registration details must be truthful and current. False information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.
Suspicious Activity
Report any unauthorized access immediately. ta903 may suspend accounts as a precaution when irregular activity is detected.
4. User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules
As a registered user of the ta903 platform, you agree to use all features and services strictly for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these terms. You must not use the platform to engage in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment instruments, chargebacks initiated in bad faith, collusion with other players, or any form of bonus abuse. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform, or engage in match-fixing or arbitrage betting is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action. ta903 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with relevant Philippine authorities when evidence of illegal activity is identified.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the ta903 platform, its software, its proprietary content, or its underlying infrastructure. You must not post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content through the platform that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, offensive, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of ta903 or any third party. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including laws relating to taxation of gambling winnings, which are the sole responsibility of the player. ta903 does not provide tax advice and recommends that players consult a qualified tax professional regarding their obligations under Philippine law or any other applicable jurisdiction.
Strictly Prohibited Activities
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods for deposits or withdrawals
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
- Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to interact with the platform
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair monetary advantage
- Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after a transaction has been processed
- Attempting to launder funds or use the platform for any money laundering purpose
5. Payments & Transactions
All financial transactions on the ta903 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are processed through a selection of locally supported payment channels, including GCash, Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers. You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name — deposits or withdrawals made using payment instruments belonging to another person are not permitted and will be flagged for review. ta903 reserves the right to request documentary verification of ownership of any payment method before processing a withdrawal, and may hold funds pending the completion of such verification. This measure is in place to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform.
Withdrawal requests are subject to ta903's standard processing times, which may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable security review. ta903 does not charge its own withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside of ta903's control. In the event of an erroneous credit to your account — whether due to a technical error or human mistake — ta903 reserves the right to reclaim any incorrectly credited amount, and you agree to cooperate fully in the recovery of such funds.
6. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
ta903 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any feature, game, or service offered through the platform. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, ta903 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical faults, server outages, game malfunctions, or errors in odds or game data. In jurisdictions where a limitation of liability for certain damages is not permitted, ta903's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
All content on the ta903 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, design elements, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of ta903 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any ta903 intellectual property without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of ta903's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
ta903 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, has provided false information at any point, or if continued operation of the account poses a legal or compliance risk to ta903 or its players. Upon closure of an account for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation, and if a breach of these terms is confirmed, ta903 may forfeit part or all of the account balance in accordance with the severity of the violation. Players who wish to voluntarily close their own account may do so by contacting the ta903 support team, and any remaining valid balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method following the completion of identity verification.
ta903 may update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes through the contact information on file or through a notice published on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any updates. If applicable law requires notice of a specific duration before changes take effect, ta903 will observe the minimum required notice period. Questions regarding the application or interpretation of these terms, as well as any disputes arising from your use of ta903, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, and any legal proceedings shall be brought before the competent courts of the Philippines.

Closure
Permanent account termination upon confirmed breach of terms. Balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
Terms Updates
Continued use of ta903 after any change to these terms constitutes your agreement to the updated version.
